We are looking for a strategic security manager on behalf of our client to lead and develop a comprehensive security operation in Stockholm!

Do you want to work consultatively with strategic security in a complex and socially important organization? We are looking for someone who wants to be the hub of a long-term, risk-based security effort and contribute to safety, structure, and preventive solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with the management of two organizations with high ambitions, modern working methods, and an important mission where your expertise makes a concrete difference every day. The assignment starts as soon as possible and runs until December 31 with the possibility of extension.

This is what you will do with us

As a consultant in this assignment, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a risk-based and systematic security operation
• Conducting GAP analysis, risk and threat assessments
• Developing crisis and incident management plans as well as continuity planning
• Leading the work with physical protection and security technical solutions (e.g., access control systems, CCTV, alarms, SBSC standards)
• Being responsible for personal security work and travel and event security
• Being the requirement setter in the procurement of security systems and suppliers
• Providing support in property projects and change management
• Reporting and following up against operational plans and prioritized measures

Your team and workplace

You will work as a consultant approximately 50-75% of full time, with a division between two organizations in the same modern office environment in central Stockholm. You will report to the property manager and collaborate closely with IT, property, reception, events, and management. The role is placed at the client, with the possibility of some remote work depending on needs.

More about you

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in strategic security management in complex organizations. You have good knowledge of risk management, crisis preparedness, security technology, and relevant standards (SSF/SBF). You are used to working with governance models and change management, have an understanding of GDPR and physical security, and possess high digital competence. To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, solution-oriented, analytical, and have high integrity. Collaboration skills and clear communication are crucial as you often act as an advisor and management support in security matters.
